- Payment information: processed via third-party payment providers; Okim Logistics does not store full card details
- Rider verification documents: ID, license, vehicle particulars (riders only)
- Usage data: app interactions, order history, device information

- To provide and improve the Service (matching riders, calculating fares, enabling live tracking)

Live location tracking is used only to facilitate active deliveries and rider dispatch. Riders' location is tracked while online and available for jobs; customers' location is used only for the delivery request they initiate.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
